The leaders of Géppartner Ltd have been acting in building demolition, mining, screening, crushing and waste recycling for a decade. First of all we rent and sale construction machines, mobile crushers and screening machines. Of course we have excavators, loaders and other earth moving machines, too. Since 2010 we have been taking over complete construction works as well. Many times we see irregularities where official procedures would be needed (waste management permit applications, complying the requirements). Furthermore, during the construction works it is necessary to support the fulfilment of the requirements resulted from the tighter regulations. Our company has decided to create an environment protection department within the company to extend its activity. With this activity we would like to minimise and even prevent the irregularities. However, we can state that we endeavour to keep good contact with the environment authorities at all time. Therefore we are able to be available of our clients in preparing permit applications and in consultancy in relation of the environment protection and waste management laws and the regulations of the authorities. Stone and concrete crushing
We operate first of all mobil HARTL, TEREX, EXTEC (Sandvik) and PEGSON machines but you can find in our range Rubble Master, Rockstear, Fintec mashines and even crushers from Jászberény as well. We can perform all kind of stone and concrete crushing, milling, no matter whether the primary material is stone, sand, gravel or rubbage. We put our crushers to our clients' disposal with full service background and specialists all over the country. Most of our crushers are jaw, impact and cone one, but we can offer you in special cases various mills and other milling equipment as well.
Screening
The screening is performed beside by the most popular EXTEC, TEREX and KEESTRACK machines also by Powerscreen, Fintec equipment. We operate or rent mainly "heavy duty", "fine" or "compact" screens but occasionally scalper and special screens as well. Most of our screens are mobile tracked screen but we have those also with sledge runners, wheels or other semi-mobile equipment. We have the possibility as of summer 2012 to rent stationary plant as well but only for huge work. The standard screens, as the crushers can be put at the customer's disposal within max. 3-5 days delivered and ready to operate. The experiences of the last years have proven that this field is our forte.
Demolition of buildings
We get more and more request for demolition of buildings that we perform with pleasure no matter whether it is small or large building, sewage works or a former factory. When the demolition permit makes it possible we explore the high buildings and construction works or those are hard to demolish with machine. After the demolition, of course, we can use our milling machines, since we obtain valuable secondary materials from the buildings.
Recycling
Our main activity are the waste management and utilization of the construction and demolition waste with code EWC 17. The pre-treatment of the waste is made by our regulated and controlled system including mobile crushers and screening machines which makes possible to sell and recycle the materials after proving them (including in civil engineering and road base). This way it is possible to reduce the fee of landfill.
Environment protection
Our activities include the controlling of the process according to the requirements of the environment regulations. We help those companies that do not have the means to deal with the different laws and to comply the environment protection requirements.
